“Philip Shaw of Baker Plumbing, and his helper Eddie, dug up and replaced perimeter drains, some of which had broken and caused some flooding in our basement. Work involved getting a bobcat to our back yard via very narrow space, all excavation, resealing cement wall, laying new drain pipes, putting in a good supply of gravel cover, topped with ground cloth and then moved all our top soil back. Did a good job of cleanup also. Phil and Eddie were pleasant and very industrious. Phil adhered to projected initial cost estimate, even though there was some unexpected work needed.
